TEAM RIVER RUNNER (TRR) BOISE

TRR is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization with a national network creating innovative paddling programs designed to assist with the recovery of those injured while serving our country. The Boise Chapter was established in 2015. We offer a range and progression of activities to build a foundation of skills, beginning in a safe pool environment. We then progress to flat water sessions designed to build on those skills.

We then move to the river to enjoy the beautiful whitewater of Idaho. We provide opportunities for Veterans with little or no paddling experience, with all levels of abilities (or disabilities). We work with leading adaptive paddling experts to bring this great activity to those who have the need to modify equipment for participation. We have a strong group of volunteer instructors and safety personal to ensure a safe and memorable experience for all.

TEAM RIVER RUNNER

Team River Runner believes that every wounded and disabled veteran deserves the opportunity to embrace new challenges, invoke leadership, and promote camaraderie. Team River Runner provides an outlet to fulfill these beliefs – inviting wounded and disabled war veterans and their families to participate in adaptive paddling programs.
